Azad Browser — Chrome extension
Azad Browser lets Azad agents use your logged-in Chrome in a separate Agent Window, with your consent at every step. Our Chrome Web Store listing is pending review — until it clears, install it directly in about a minute. The download is served from azad.pro, same as our desktop installers.
01 Four steps
Step 1
Download the extension zip below, then double-click it (macOS) or right-click → Extract All (Windows). Keep the unzipped folder somewhere permanent — Chrome loads the extension from that folder, so deleting it removes the extension.
Step 2
Open chrome://extensions in Chrome and flip the “Developer mode” toggle in the top-right corner.
Step 3
Click “Load unpacked” (top-left) and select the unzipped folder. “Azad Browser” appears in your extension list — pin it from the puzzle-piece menu so the icon stays visible.
Step 4
That’s it. The extension connects to the Azad desktop app on your machine automatically — click the Azad Browser icon and the popup shows “Connected”. No pairing codes, no configuration.
Not connecting? Make sure the Azad desktop app is running, then click ↻ Reload on the extension card in chrome://extensions.
When the Chrome Web Store listing is approved, install it from the store and remove this copy from chrome://extensions — store installs update themselves.
