01Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Azad (“Azad,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you use azad.pro, app.azad.pro, the Azad desktop or mobile applications, and related collaboration, meeting, repository, and agent features (the “Service”).
If you use Azad through an organization, that organization may manage your workspace, control access, configure integrations, and access or remove content according to its own policies.
02Information we collect
Account and profile information
We receive information used to create and secure your account, such as your name, email address, profile image, account identifiers, organization memberships, and authentication events.
Content and collaboration data
We process content you and your organization provide to the Service, including messages, files, repository references, meeting details, transcripts, task instructions, agent conversations and outputs, and related activity history.
Google Workspace user data
When an authorized organization administrator connects Google Meet, Azad may access the connected account’s identity and email, Google Meet spaces, conference records, participants, transcripts, subscriptions, and recording metadata needed to provide Azad’s meeting features.
If you grant the read-only drive.meet.readonly permission, Azad may also read or download Google Drive files that were created or edited by Google Meet. We use that permission only to let authorized workspace users find, open, or play the corresponding meeting recording in Azad. We do not use it to scan unrelated Drive files or to modify your Drive.
Device and usage information
We may collect device type, operating system, app version, IP address, timestamps, diagnostic events, crash information, and interactions with the Service. We also use cookies and similar local storage needed for authentication, preferences, security, and reliable operation.
03How we use information
We use personal information to:
- authenticate users and administer accounts and organizations;
- provide channels, messages, files, meetings, transcripts, recordings, repository connections, and agent-assisted workflows;
- process user-selected content with configured AI services when needed to provide visible features such as meeting titles, summaries, and agent responses;
- maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the reliability and usability of the Service;
- respond to support requests and communicate service changes; and
- comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
We do not sell personal information or use Google Workspace user data for advertising, credit decisions, or training generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
04Google API Limited Use
The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Workspace data is used only to provide or improve prominent, user-facing Azad features requested by the user or their organization. Human access is prohibited except with the user’s explicit consent for specific support, when required for security, or when required by law.
05How we share information
We may share information only as needed:
- with other members of the organizations, channels, meetings, or tasks where you choose to collaborate;
- with infrastructure, authentication, storage, communications, monitoring, and AI service providers acting on our instructions to operate user-facing features;
- with services you connect, such as Google or GitHub, according to the permissions and actions you request;
- to investigate abuse, protect users, or comply with applicable law; and
- as part of a corporate transaction, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
We do not sell Google Workspace user data or transfer it to data brokers, advertising platforms, or information resellers.
06Storage, retention, and deletion
Azad stores collaboration content and meeting transcripts so they remain available to authorized workspace members. Recording files created by Google Meet remain in the connected user’s Google Drive; Azad stores the recording identifiers and metadata needed to display them and may process recording bytes when an authorized user requests playback or download.
OAuth tokens are retained while the connector remains active and are protected as credentials. Disconnecting Google Meet stops future API access. You may also revoke Azad from your Google Account permissions. Revocation does not automatically delete content that was previously imported into an Azad workspace.
We retain information while an account or organization is active and as needed for the purposes described here, legitimate security and audit needs, and legal obligations. Google API data is not cached longer than operationally necessary or permitted by Google’s requirements.
To request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, contact matanleague@gmail.com. Organization-managed content may also require action by the organization administrator. We may retain limited information when required by law, for security, or to establish or defend legal claims.
07Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted network transport, credential protection, and service monitoring. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you believe your account or information is at risk, contact us promptly at matanleague@gmail.com.
08Your choices and rights
You can update certain profile and workspace information in the Service, disconnect integrations, revoke Google access, and ask us to exercise privacy rights available in your jurisdiction. You may decline optional permissions, but the related feature may not work.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
09Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will post the revised policy here, change the effective date, and provide additional notice when required. Material new uses of Google user data will be disclosed and, where required, presented for consent before they begin.
Questions or privacy requests may be sent to matanleague@gmail.com.
