01Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of azad.pro, app.azad.pro, the Azad desktop and mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. “You” then includes that organization.
02Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, for activity under your account, and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Organization administrators may invite or remove members, configure integrations, set workspace permissions, and access or manage organization content.
03Using Azad
Subject to these Terms, Azad grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
You may not:
- use the Service to violate law or another person’s rights;
- upload malicious code, interfere with the Service, bypass security controls, or probe systems without authorization;
- use the Service to distribute spam, harassment, unlawful content, or deceptive material;
- access accounts, repositories, meetings, recordings, or data without permission;
- resell or commercially exploit the Service except under a separate written agreement; or
- use automated means in a way that unreasonably burdens the Service or circumvents documented limits.
04Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant Azad a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the Service and provide features you request.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you provide, including repository content, meeting materials, recordings, transcripts, and personal information about other people.
05Agents and generated output
Azad can connect coding agents and AI services to channels, repositories, meetings, and tasks at your direction. Agent actions and generated output may be incomplete, incorrect, insecure, or unsuitable for your intended use.
You are responsible for reviewing proposed changes and outputs before relying on, publishing, merging, deploying, or otherwise using them. Do not give an agent access to content or systems you are not authorized to use.
06Connected services
The Service may connect to third-party products such as Google, GitHub, identity providers, model providers, hosting platforms, and developer tools. Your use of those products is governed by their terms and policies, and their availability or behavior is outside Azad’s control.
You authorize Azad to access connected services only within the permissions you grant and to take actions you request through the Service. You can disconnect supported integrations from Azad and may also revoke access with the provider.
07Service changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Early-access, preview, or beta features may change without notice and may be less reliable than generally available features.
We aim to keep Azad available and secure, but the Service may experience interruptions, errors, or data loss. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important content and source code.
08Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or users, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute provisions—will survive.
09Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azad will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when required. Continuing to use the Service after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to matanleague@gmail.com.
